Organized by the China IG Member Alliance Anda IT Events Co., LTD., supported by Middle East Gas Association (MEGA) and All India Industrial Gases Manufacturers Association (AIIGMA), IGMiddle East 2023 was successfully held on June 23-24, 2023, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dubai, UAE. The "2023IG Tech Summit for Middle East Market" was concurrently held and jointly supported by professional institutions such as the China International Chamber of Commerce, the UAE Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and theChina-UAE Industrial Capacity Production Cooperation Demonstration Zone.
This is the first edition of I China brand going abroad after the Pandemic. 30 pioneerenterprises of China's gas industry are motivated to step across the border ofexploring the potential gases markets in the Middle East aiming to establishthe exchanges of new technologies and standards.
The exhibition covered1,000 square meters, and nearly 200 delegates and international buyers attendedthis Event during the two days. All India Industrial Gases ManufacturersAssociation(AIIGMA) grouped a delegation of 40 members to attend the exhibitionand B2B Matchmaking Meeting.
On the first day of theexhibition, the "2023IG Tech Summit for Middle East Market " and "China-UAE Roundtable Forum for Gas and Energy Technology Investment" weresuccessfully staged. The leading enterprises in the Chinese gas industry, suchas Unieco, Think-To Fluid, Vacree Technologies, Shudao Equipment, etc.,presented their new technology and product at the Forum. The first day conference attracted nearly 120 Chinese and foreign gases industry executives and managesto attend.
On the second day of IG Middle East,the "China-Indian Gases Industry Procurement Matchmaking Meeting "was successfully held, and 15 leading gas and equipment suppliers from China's industrial gas industry had face to face business negotiations with importantuser representatives in the Middle East and India and reached a number of gasequipment purchase orders and important project cooperation letters of intent,industrial docking and commercial negotiations achieved remarkable results.
On the third day afterthe events, the IGMiddle East organizing committee also grouped a delegation ofnearly 65 Chinese gas industry entrepreneurs to visit the China-UAE Industrial CapacityProduction Cooperation Demonstration Zone and Gas & Equipment Factory LLC, the largest gas filling company in ABU Dhabi. The members of the delegation notonly had a further understanding of the local investment environment in theUAE, but also had face to face communication and quotation with local gas userson the procurement needs of equipment upgrades, which built businessopportunities for follow-up cooperation.
The feedbacks from theexhibitors at IGMiddle East 2023 were very positive because the trade visitorsand buyers came with their detailed procurement needs for their requestedequipment and products. Some exhibitors have found their distributors for the theMiddle East market, while two exhibitors have sold the samples or prototypes.One exhibitor signed a MOU with a value at million dollars of project.
All in all, the exhibitors, buyers, speakers andconference delegates expressed their satisfaction and gratitude for the effortsand plan of organizing such fruitful events by the Organizers, and they areexpecting to the next show.
